About these terms
These terms apply to every booking made with ClubSpec Golf ([registered company name], company number [number], registered office [address]). By booking a session or using our workshop services you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, call us on 0800 193 1818 before you book.
Bookings and enquiries
Submitting the booking form sends us an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we reply with a date, time and location.
- Your preferred date is a request. We’ll offer the nearest available slot if it’s taken.
- Please tell us about anything that affects the session, such as injuries or the clubs you’re bringing, in the “Anything we should know?” box.
- You must be 18 or over to book. Under-18s are welcome with a parent or guardian present.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable. Parts such as shafts and grips are charged separately and quoted before any work begins. Payment is due [on the day / when you collect your clubs] by card or bank transfer.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to [48 hours] before your session. Later cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at [50%] of the session price. If we need to cancel, for example due to weather for an outdoor van visit, we’ll offer a new date or a full refund.
Mobile workshop visits
For tour van visits to clubs, events or homes, you’re responsible for providing safe, level parking for the van and permission to use the venue. Travel charges, if any, are agreed in writing before the visit.
Your equipment
- We take care with every club we handle, but older or damaged clubs can fail during adjustment. We’ll tell you beforehand if we think there’s a risk.
- Clubs left with us for repair should be collected within [30 days] of us telling you they’re ready.
- Bending lie and loft may affect a manufacturer’s warranty. Check with the manufacturer if this matters to you.
Our recommendations
Fitting recommendations are based on launch-monitor data from your session. We’re independent and don’t earn commission from any brand, but results on the course depend on many factors, so we can’t guarantee a particular score or distance.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our liability for any claim is limited to the price of the service concerned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to your booking.
